Carole will be guiding you through a variety of strength based sequences and working with variations of warrior poses. As the name suggests warrior poses are fierce they are said to symbolize our inner ability to overcome ego and battle internal judgments. The warriors challenge you to find focus, confidence, courage and above all reminds you that you are your own strength.
