FAQ

There are multiple options for accessing content on Living Lotus Online. Subscribing to our Monthly or Annual Community Membership plans grants access to all Livestreams and On Demand Video content, including our Movement and Wellness Series.

Not ready to subscribe? Only interested in one of our Movement and Wellness Series or courses? No problem, you can purchase each Movement and Wellness Series separately and get lifetime access for a small fee.

Make sure you are signed in to the site, then head on up to the “My Account” link in the top menu. 

Home allows you to manage your profile.

Subscriptions allows you to manage any ongoing subscriptions as well as any individual series or other content for which you may purchased lifetime access.

Payments shows your recent payments.

Courses shows your percentage of completion for any Movement and Mindfulness Series or courses.

Gifts shows the status of any gifts memberships you have purchased. (Note: this tab only appears if you have purchased a gift).

Logout allows you to logout of the site.

 

Members of our Monthly or Annual Community Member subscription service have access to our On Demand Video Library with hundreds of classes to choose from.

To help you find a video that suits your practice today, we have included a search and filter tool which you can use to browse the library:

Go to our Gifting page. Select the series you want to purchase as a gift. Be sure to check the box beside “Is this a gift?” during your checkout.

Log in to the website and navigate to the My Account link in the menu at the top of the page.

Next, click on the link labeled “Subscriptions”.

Finally, click the link labeled “Update” and you will be presented with an option to update your payment method in Stripe (our payment processor).
