This 9-class journey follows a thoughtful progression designed to support regulation over time. You’ll move through four phases:

Learning to notice how stress shows up in your body, breath, and energy — without trying to change it. - Regulation
Using breath, grounding, and stabilising postures to support downshifting and nervous system balance. - Recovery
Deeply restorative practices with slower pacing, longer holds, and supportive rest to replenish what chronic stress depletes. - Repatterning
Building steadiness as energy increases, helping the body and mind handle life’s demands with more resilience and less reactivity.
Each class stands on its own, while also contributing to a cohesive arc that helps you feel more regulated, supported, and steady over time.
