This is a member requested class and one I think we can all benefit from. Yoga for tight hamstrings, it doesn’t matter who you are this is this is a topic a lot of us are susceptible to. The hamstrings are actually a group of muscles that run along the back of your thighs, starting at your lower pelvis and attaching to your knee. When the hamstrings are overly tight it can be a main contributor to poor posture or low back pain.
