A deeply nourishing to restore balance throughout the body and mind. Supported postures such as Supine Restorative Bound Angle, Restorative Tree Pose, and Legs-Up-the-Wall gently open the hips, shoulders, and chest.
Melt away upper-body tension with soothing, supported poses that target the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Using props to cradle the body, this session includes Restorative Fish Pose, Supported Shoulder Stretch, and Side-Lying Passive Shoulder Flexion to release tightness and restore mobility. Guided breath awareness helps calm the mind and relieve stress patterns stored in the upper body. Breathwork Focus: Gentle Dirga (three-part) breathing to expand through the chest and upper ribs, inviting spaciousness and ease.
This final in the series invites you to come full circle, returning to the intention you set in the first session and noticing how it may have shifted or evolved.
In this class, you’ll explore techniques that help release “stuck” patterns in both body and mind including EFT (tapping) and body scan.
This offers a sequence of somatic and yoga-based movements. You’ll learn how movement and awareness together can melt stress.
In this session, you’ll experience a guided sound journey designed to soothe the nervous system and support deep integration.
