This is Powered by Pilates, your 7 day isolation series. Over the next 7 days we will be focusing on isolation workouts. This means each short practice has extra emphasis on a particular muscle group. Allowing you to increase strength, enhance definition and correct muscle imbalances all while improving mindfulness and body awareness.

A deeply nourishing to restore balance throughout the body and mind. Supported postures such as Supine Restorative Bound Angle, Restorative Tree Pose, and Legs-Up-the-Wall gently open the hips, shoulders, and chest.
Melt away upper-body tension with soothing, supported poses that target the neck, shoulders, and upper back.
