A soothing session that is ideal for general maintenance or as a rest day practice. Those suffering from chronic pain or arthritis discomfort might find this class particularly useful. I suggest adding a blanket on top of your mat for extra cushioning. If you find you need a little more strength work try adding ankle weights.
