The theme of this class is Solar Plexus (ManiPura) Chakra. This Chakra is also associated with fire, an element thats always in motion and supplies heat. Solar plexus is also located just above the navel. To activate this Chakra were going to be generating some heat as we focus on complete core flow sequence that will also be highly effective at strengthening and toning your complete core.
